Bethany's trained counselors offer free, face-to-face counseling for expectant parents where options are discussed to aid them in making informed choices about their future and that of their children. Bethany offers birthparents the life-giving option to make an adoption plan that will provide their children with a stable, loving home. Bethany considers the needs of birthparents, adoptive parents, and adoptees, and is there to support each member every step of the way. Bethany's Infant Adoption Program provides many babies with Christian homes each year. Bethany also places sibling groups and older children, some with special needs. Catholic Charities, as part of its pro-life philosophy, has provided unplanned pregnancy counseling within the Archdiocese of Omaha for over seventy years. Some clients make the decision to plan an adoption, in which case they themselves choose a family for the baby. Most choose a fully open adoption plan.

Child Saving Institute has been building families through adoption since 1892. Child Saving Institute's Adoption Center focuses on the education and support of all parties involved in adoption. CSI is a licensed, accredited agency that serves triad members with a wide range of programs including open adoption.
